Family Meals

Full rack of St. Louis ribs, whole chicken, 8oz of pulled pork & 8oz of brisket. Served with four large sides & six corn breads. Serves up to 5–7 people (depending on appetite).


Half rack of St. Louis ribs, half chicken, & 4oz of pulled pork & 4oz of brisket. Served with four small sides & three corn bread. Serves up to 2–4 people (depending on appetite).

Marinated Red Bird Farms chicken breast is breaded & deep-fried, then tossed in our traditional Nashville hot sauce & topped with our deep-fried pickle chips. Served with our horseradish Ranch on our Brioche bun.
